2D Floor Plans
From £50 including VAT, I will need approximately an hour in your property.
The floor plans will be emailed to you within 48 hours of my visit.
Drone photography
I can also produce a virtual tour of the exterior, which gives a really good feel of the property’s location and can be especially helpful if you have a lot of land to show your potential buyer or tenant.
As a licensed drone photographer, I can produce a virtual tour of the interior of your property. This is a powerful way to make your property stand out from the rest when you are marketing it.
Removals and house clearance
If you are organising an EPC, and your property is being cleared at the same time, I can streamline the process and take care of this for you, giving you one less thing to worry about.

P.A.T Testing (Portable Appliance)
Are you a business with lots of portable appliances that are being used? IE laptops, printers, kettles, etc, etc. As much as it is not a legal requirement to make sure your equipment has been tested, It is lawful to make sure that your equipment is maintained in order to prevent danger. We can help!
Are you a Landlord and wish to have your tenant's equipment tested to ensure appliances are safe? We can help!
Charity shops cannot sell electrical items unless they have been tested. We can help!
