Karl Collins

After growing up in Sussex and spending a long and happy career as a train driver and train driving instructor, my wife and I decided to relocate to the beautiful Welsh countryside.

Now I have become an accredited energy assessor, I am enjoying providing a valuable service carrying out EPC inspections, helping homeowners and landlords to be as energy efficient as possible.

I am always mindful that clients are inviting me into their properties, and I treat this privilege with respect and courtesy at all times.
